Sixes Live Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Sixes Live ("we", "us", "the platform"). Access to and use of the Sixes Live website at sixeslive.app and all associated services — including sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, game lobby, deposits and withdrawals — is subject to these Terms.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where these Terms conflict with any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the more specific document will take precedence for that particular promotion.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use Sixes Live, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be using the platform for your own personal, recreational use only.
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person, business or commercial entity.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of Sixes Live or its affiliated partners.
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently closed Sixes Live account.
• Only maintain one active account on the platform at any time.

We may require documentation to verify your identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold one account on Sixes Live. Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, device, IP address or payment method — are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Sixes Live will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We recommend using a unique, strong password that you do not use for any other service.

Account Verification

Sixes Live may request identity verification at account opening or before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC. Accounts that fail the verification process may have their access restricted until the matter is resolved.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically instant or within a few minutes.
• Raast: Usually processed within minutes during business hours.
• Bank Transfer: Subject to your bank's processing schedule; allow up to one business day.

You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts that belong to another person — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it may be returned and your account reviewed.

Sixes Live does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank's fee schedule before depositing.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and will be communicated in the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to Pakistani accounts only.

To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is complete will be held until verification is finalised.

Processing Times

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically processed promptly after approval.
• Raast & Bank Transfer: Subject to standard banking hours; allow up to one business day after approval.

Sixes Live reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have recently changed their payment details. These checks are carried out to protect the account holder. You may be asked to confirm your identity as part of this process.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if there is evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, affected amounts may be forfeited.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The Sixes Live sports betting section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments — alongside Football and Esports. Pre-match and live in-play markets are offered on eligible events.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Sixes Live reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without obligation to provide a reason. In-play bets are accepted subject to network conditions and platform latency — bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined will be voided.

Void Bets

A bet will be voided — and your stake returned — in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the specified time frame for that market.
• The odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault.
• The event does not meet the conditions required for that specific market to be settled.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting on PSL and international cricket matches is available for eligible events. Markets are suspended during key moments in the game — wickets, power plays, last overs — and reopened promptly. Any bet accepted while a market is suspended due to a pending event will be voided.

7 Casino, Slots & Fish Games

All casino games — slots, live casino tables, fish games — are provided by third-party game studios integrated into the Sixes Live platform. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real physical game equipment managed by live dealers.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and bet range information are displayed before each game. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. All gaming sessions involve risk and outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by the player beyond the in-game mechanics.

Fish games — including Ocean King, Happy Fishing and Mega Ocean Jackpot — involve a shooting mechanic where ammunition is purchased and creatures carry varying multipliers. The outcome of each creature catch is determined by the game's RNG. Using software tools, bots, or any automated system to play fish games or any other game on the platform is strictly prohibited.

Game malfunctions — crashes, disconnections, display errors — void all affected rounds. Stakes for voided rounds are returned to your account balance. Sixes Live is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers available on Sixes Live are subject to individual promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• One bonus per player, per household, per payment method, per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to accounts cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be used for gameplay first, subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion.
• Bon uses obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting or exploitation of technical errors will be forfeited.

Wagering requirements — the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal becomes available — will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

We strongly recommend the following practices for all players:

• Set a clear budget before each session and do not exceed it.
• Never use money you cannot afford to lose — rent, utility bills, grocery money or loan repayments should never be used for gaming.
• Take regular breaks. Extended sessions often lead to impaired decision-making.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Sixes Live. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any name, number or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to play games, place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or pricing errors in your favour without reporting them.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity information during registration or verification.

• Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at Sixes Live staff or other players in any interactive game environment.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Sixes Live reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, failure to complete age or identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or prolonged account inactivity.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will typically be notified by email. During a suspension, access to your balance and withdrawal functionality may be restricted until the investigation is concluded.

If your account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full. Legitimate deposited funds not related to the violation will generally be returned via your registered payment method, subject to verification checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

Sixes Live provides the platform on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sixes Live's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses — including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Your own internet or mobile network connectivity issues.
• Device failures, browser incompatibilities or third-party app interference on your end.
• Delays in JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer processing that are outside our control.
• Your failure to read and act in accordance with these Terms.

13 Privacy & Data

Your personal data — including name, CNIC details, mobile number, payment information and gameplay history — is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

We use your data to operate your account, process payments, comply with verification requirements, detect fraud, and communicate platform updates and promotional offers where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

14 Changes to These Terms

Sixes Live may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment systems, game offerings or applicable standards. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change materially affects player rights or obligations, notify registered players via the contact information held on their account.
